Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill’s Partners Hoi Jack S’ng and Joyce Ong Kar Yee, along with Associates Aida Faralyana and Kerryn Toh, recently contributed two separate chapters to Lexology Panoramic 2025 (Malaysia section).

Jack, Joyce, and Aida contributed the Environment chapter, which provides an overview of Malaysia’s key environmental regulations and enforcement mechanisms. It also explores regulation of hazardous activities, judicial proceedings for environment law infringement and environmental aspects in transactions.

Joyce and Kerryn contributed the Climate Regulation chapter, which examines Malaysia’s legal landscape surrounding climate regulation. It covers international and domestic policies, GHG emissions control, renewable energy initiatives, and the latest developments driving the nation’s climate agenda.
