The conference, themed “The Form and Substance of Wealth Planning Structures: The Tangibles & Intangibles”, will be held on 4 May 2026 (Monday) at the KLGCC Convention Centre Kuala Lumpur (formerly known as Sime Darby Convention Centre), and will bring together leading practitioners across ASEAN to discuss the evolving landscape of wealth planning.

Chris will join fellow industry experts in Panel Session 2 at 10:15am, where he will explore key considerations in modern estate planning structures, including the use of Singapore PTCs, Labuan PTCs, trusts, and foundations. The session will examine the comparative advantages of these structures, practical structuring considerations, and key regulatory considerations relevant to wealth planning in the region.

The dialogue features a full-day programme of expert-led sessions and case studies, covering developments in tax and regulatory frameworks, estate planning strategies, and family governance. It also provides practical insights into structuring and succession planning for cross-border families in ASEAN, with a focus on navigating an increasingly complex and interconnected ASEAN landscape.
