The ICDR is the international division of the largest arbitral institution in the world, the American Arbitration Association (AAA), dedicated to providing dispute resolution services worldwide. The establishment of the ICDR Malaysia Committee marks a significant step in strengthening the ICDR’s presence in the region, fostering the growth of international arbitration and mediation services, and advancing Malaysia’s position in global dispute resolution.
