Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill is delighted to announce that our Partner, Andrew Chiew Ean Vooi, will be a featured speaker at the 4th IATC Conference, titled “Advocacy in Arbitration: Bridging Borders, Enhancing the Rule of Law”, scheduled on the 8th and 9th of April 2024, at The Murray Hotel in Hong Kong. This conference will explore how arbitration serves as a universal language in civil and common law jurisdictions, with a particular focus on the advocacy skills required.

Andrew’s session is scheduled for the first day, as the fourth session, from 4:00PM to 5:00PM (GMT+8), where he will be speaking on “Dance with the Tribunal Part II” – Written Advocacy, alongside The Honourable Mr. Justice Russell Coleman (Judge of the Court of First Instance of the High Court of Hong Kong), The Honourable Mr. Justice David Unterhalter (Judge of the Gauteng Division of the High Court of South Africa), and chaired by Neil Mackenzie, KC (Advocate at Arnot Manderson Advocates).
