Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill’s Tax, Customs & Trade Practice recently contributed to the Malaysian chapter of the Legal 500: Tax Comparative Guide (7th Edition). The Guide consists of chapters written by practitioners from leading law firms around the world, in addition to having a global outreach of more than 5.1 million users.

The Guide aims to provide its readers with a pragmatic overview of tax laws and regulations across a variety of jurisdictions. Each chapter provides information regarding withholding tax, transfer pricing, the OECD model, GAAR, tax disputes and an overview of the jurisdictional regulatory authorities.
