Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Hanipa Maidin officiated the event held in conjunction with the setting up of LHAG’s India desk, which will oversee Malaysian investments in the sub-continent and Indian investments in Malaysia.
LHAG partner and chairman Dato’ Nitin Nadkarni, who heads the firm’s Energy, Infrastructure & Projects and International Arbitration Practice, was one of three panellists. He was joined by Ms Sachdeva and Naresh Thacker, partner at the Mumbai-based Economic Laws Practice. Partner Rosli Dahlan moderated the panel discussion.
