Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill is pleased to announce the promotion of Ivy Ling Yieng Ping to senior associate wef 1 January 2020.

Ivy is a member of the Tax, SST and Customs Practice, led by partners, Datuk D P Naban and S Saravana Kumar. Her area of practice focuses on indirect tax, especially GST- and SST-related litigation and dispute resolution involving the Royal Malaysian Customs Department. Together with Saravana, she is currently involved in several high-profile cases before the High Court and the Customs Appeal Tribunal. Ivy also regularly advises on GST and SST compliance issues affecting a wide range of clients, ranging from manufacturers and property developers to financial institutions and multinationals. Prior to joining LHAG, she worked in the indirect tax team at one of the Big Four accounting firms, where she specialised in GST implementation projects.
