Published by the internationally recognised The Law Reviews, the review provides in-depth analysis of the law and practice of tax litigation in various jurisdictions, written by “thought leaders at the world’s top law firms”. In this edition, the authors discuss updates to legislation, and key decisions by the Malaysian courts in tax cases over the past year.
