Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill is delighted to announce the release of Spotlight on Malaysian Tax Disputes, a publication by our Tax, Customs & Trade Practice in collaboration with Sweet & Maxwell.
Building on the previous edition, Spotlight on Current Malaysian Tax Issues, this new volume focuses on tax disputes, featuring 22 articles that critically examine recent landmark decisions across key areas, including income tax, stamp duty, real property gains tax, customs and excise duties, sales and service tax, and anti-dumping duty. This volume also explores the strategic use of judicial review to contest decisions made by tax authorities.
This edition includes a foreword by Dato’ Nitin Nadkarni, Head of LHAG’s Tax, Customs & Trade Practice, with contributions from LHAG Tax Partners Jason Tan Jia Xin, Ivy Ling Yieng Ping, and Chris Toh Pei Roo, alongside members of the LHAG Tax Team.
Spotlight on Malaysian Tax Disputes is now available through Sweet & Maxwell. For more details, visit Sweet & Maxwell’s website.
