Advising the liquidators of Malaysia Airlines System Berhad (In creditors’ voluntary liquidation) (“MASB”) on the liquidation of MASB and its wholly owned subsidiaries. This is one of the largest Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation in Malaysia to date in terms of liabilities which came up to approximately RM5.2 billion.
