Firstly, Amardeep will be speaking as a panelist in the MECA Industrial Relations Convention held at the Sheraton Imperial, Kuala Lumpur on the topic of “Modern Day Rightsizing: Proactive Approach Post-Covid-19 in Manpower Reduction Strategies”.

Moreover, he will also be a panelist at the LAWASIA Employment Law Conference in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah where he will be sharing a Malaysian perspective on the topic, “Is the Old Eroding? Are the Separate Categories of Employees and Contractors Still Appropriate?”. He will be joined by other experts from Indonesia, South Korea, and Japan, and the discussion will be moderated by Mr. Alex De Silva, Senior Partner at Bodipalar Ponnudurai De Silva Advocates & Solicitors.
