Zaharah binti Othman — Corporate & Commercial Practice Group
Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill is pleased to announce the promotion of Johor-based associate, Zaharah binti Othman, to senior associate.
Zaharah received her tertiary education at Universiti Teknologi MARA, where she completed her Diploma in Public Administration in 2007. Subsequently, she read law at the same university, graduating with LLB (Hons) in 2011. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2012.
Zaharah’s area of practice revolves primarily around conveyancing practice and other property-related transactions such as sale and transfer of real property, leases, tenancies, land developments and property financing matters. She has also overseen retail, commercial and bridging financing transactions for conventional financing as well as financing under Shariah principles.
In respect of corporate work, Zaharah has been involved in an array of transactions that include privatisation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial advisory.
