It was while he was in his mid-teens, during a conversation with his father (the late Tun H S Lee) that Dato’ Thomas M L Lee first had an inkling of his future career path. The senior partner of Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill, acting on his father’s practical advice, decided then that he would pursue law.
