Due to our extensive experience in this area, we have been engaged by statutory bodies for our services, including conducting a comprehensive study on the National Digital Identity framework for the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission. Our team has also consistently represented leading names in high-profile disputes involving complex and technical legal issues.

Our team also actively assist legal practitioners of the general public by publishing updates on the legal developments in this area as well as our views in databases such as Thomson Reuters and Data Guidance. We have also conducted, webinars, seminars and speaking engagements for our clients on related issues. Most recently, we were engaged by Lexis Malaysia Sdn Bhd to edit and revise its publication entitled “Annotated Statutes of Malaysia – Communications and Multimedia Act 1998”.
