Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill Partner, Darshendev Singh, has been invited by the Penang Bar Committee to speak at the upcoming seminar titled, “Dusting Off A Construction Claim in 100 Working Days”. The seminar will take place on the 8th of September 2023, from 3.00PM – 4.30PM, at the Penang Bar Auditorium.

With his knowledge and experience on Construction Disputes, Darshendev will shed light on the role of the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA) and its relation in expediting the resolution of disputes, in addition to sharing valuable insights into achieving effective dispute resolution.
