The summit will be held on the 24th and 25th of July 2024, at Le Méridien, Petaling Jaya, bringing together leaders and experts in human resources from across the region.

Amardeep’s session is scheduled on Day 2 at 9:55 AM, titled “Anticipating Future Implications of Malaysia’s Pilot Progressive Wage Policy Implementation”, where he will share insights on preparing organisations for increased cost and wage bill implications, promoting fair compensation practices through salary and productivity increases, and strategies for organisational readiness and cultural shifts. The session will also explore the impact of changing demands and technology on labour.
