Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill is delighted to announce that Partner Lim Chee Yong will be speaking at Exploring the Path to Modern Arbitration with ICC Rules. This seminar, jointly organised by the Bar Council Arbitration and Construction Law Committee (ACLC) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), will be held on the 21ˢᵗ of January 2025 at the Raja Aziz Addruse Auditorium, Kuala Lumpur.
Chee Yong is scheduled to speak at 2:40PM during Session 4, titled “A Comprehensive Guide: Understanding the Costs of ICC Arbitration”, alongside Shamala Devi Balasundaram (Partner, Chooi & Company) and moderated by Tasha Lim Yi Chien (Senior Associate, Gan Partnership).
