The HR & IR Summit 2025, organised by MyFreelys Academy, will be held at the Wyndham Grand Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. Amardeep’s session is scheduled for Day 1 (15 July), from 1:30PM to 2:45PM, where he will be sharing his insights on “Handling Retrenchments and Redundancies: Legal and Ethical Considerations”. His session will offer practical guidance on managing retrenchments and redundancies in compliance with industrial laws, while also safeguarding employee trust and workplace morale.

The next day, the FMM Seminar, organised by the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturing (FMM), will be held at Wisma FMM, Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. Amardeep’s session, titled “Sharing Cases on Sexual Harassment”, is scheduled from 10:30AM to 11:30AM. Following this, at 12:30PM, he will be sharing his insights during the “Panel Session on Strategies for Addressing and Preventing Sexual Harassment in Workplaces”, alongside Puan Nurul Azura Binti Arif (Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Semenanjung Malaysia – JTKSM) and Puan Nur Sabrina Binti Ahmad Gholib (Tribunal bagi Antigangguan Seksual (TAGS), Kementerian Pembangunan Wanita, Keluarga dan Masyarakat – KPWKM), moderated by Dr NP Nedunchelian (FMM HRM Committee).
