Amardeep’s session titled “Industrial Relations in Practice: Courtroom Lessons for Workplaces Today” is scheduled from 4:15PM to 5:30PM. His session will offer practical guidance on industrial relations disputes and will discuss recent landmark court decisions that shape how employers should manage discipline, dismissal, and due process in today’s workplaces.
