Event 1 | Bridging Cultures: Navigating Disputes through ADR Practices in Malaysia

Darshendev will be speaking in Session 2 at 3:00PM on “Construction / Commercial Disputes – Choosing Between Arbitration and Court Litigation”. Jointly organised by Messrs Tuang, Chu & Co and the Malaysian Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Association (MACRA), this session will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of resolving commercial and construction disputes through arbitration versus court proceedings in Malaysia, emphasising factors such as cost, speed, expertise of decision-makers, and enforceability of awards. Venue: Brunei Darussalam Arbitration Centre / Via Zoom
