Kumar Kanagasingam, partner and head of the Banking and Insolvency Practice at Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill, will serve as a panellist in a webinar, “Post Covid-19: Options for Companies to Emerge Stronger” on Thursday, 23 July 2020.

Among other things, he will discuss some of the restructuring and rescue mechanisms available if a company does go into financial distress. As it is critical for a distressed company to be able to have some respite from legal proceedings, he will touch on the different legal routes that provide for such breathing space, and the requirements for achieving the same.
