LHAG Partner at Inns of Court Malaysia Seminar, 27 September

The Inns of Court Malaysia will be organising a seminar tomorrow evening, 27 September, at the University of Malaya, discussing the impact of the UK Supreme Court decision in Patel v Mirza [2016] UKSC 42 on illegality of contract under section 24 of the Contracts Act 1950.

The seminar will feature Professor Michael Philip Furmston as the distinguished speaker, and Dato’ Nitin Nadkarni as panellist, sharing his views on and insights into this interesting topic. Nitin is a partner and head of the Energy, Infrastructure & Projects, and International Arbitration Practice at Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill.
