The three-day hybrid event, taking place from 17 to 19 October 2024 at Bangunan Sulaiman, AIAC, will bring together alternative dispute resolution (ADR) professionals, legal counsels, and thought leaders from around the globe for impactful discourse aimed at driving transformation within ADR.

Darshendev will be a panellist in the session “A Small Step and a Giant Leap: Unpacking the Malaysian Legal Reforms in Arbitration and Adjudication” on Day 2 (18 October 2024) from 9:30AM to 11:00AM. On the same day, from 2:30PM to 4:00PM, Chee Yong will be a panellist in the session “Star-Studded or Star-Crossed? Complex Mediation in High-Stakes Disputes”. Following him, Wai Fung will speak in a debate titled “Flying Too Close to the Sun? The Extent and Limitations of Arbitrators’ Discretionary Powers” as part of a two-debate session from 4:00PM to 5:30PM.
