Zaharah Othman — Corporate & Commercial Practice

Based in Johor, Zaharah’s principal area of practice revolves around conveyancing and other property-related transactions such as sale and purchase of properties, leases and tenancies involving all types of real estate. She advises on a diverse range of clients across the real estate industry, including private clients, local and international investors, listed and private companies, statutory corporations, govern­ment-linked corporations and government agencies.

Zaharah also has experience in matters relating to banking and finance, having advised numerous financial institutions pertaining to project finance, property finance, corporate banking and bridging finance, for conventional financing as well as financing under Shariah principles.
