Darshendev Singh, a partner with the Energy, Infrastructure & Projects and International Arbitration Practice Group at Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill, has been invited to speak at the National Young Lawyers Convention 2019 (“NYLC 2019”), a two-day event which kicks off on 23 February.
Featuring the theme “Shaping the Future of the Noble Profession”, NYLC 2019 not only promises thought-provoking sessions, it also offers participants the chance to interact with the speakers — lawyers with experience in various areas of practice —and engage in a lively exchange of ideas.

A registered arbitrator with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and the Bangalore International Mediation, Arbitration & Conciliation Centre (BIMACC), Darshendev also regularly sits as an adjudicator in disputes brought under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 and represents clients in adjudication, litigation and arbitration. The current chairperson of the Young Members’ Group of CIArb (Malaysia), Darshendev is also a frequent speaker on the international circuit on issues related to his areas of practice and contributes to global publications on the Malaysian arbitration and construction law landscape.
