• Advised and acted for various private, public companies and government-linked entities on land development projects in Johor, buying and selling of development sites, turnkey design and build contracts, option agreements, planning permission issues, facility maintenance agreements and estate management agreements.
• Drafted and negotiated contracts for the acquisition of the paid-up capital of companies from various industries including confiden-tiality and exclusivity agreements, letter of intent, preparation and management of data rooms, due diligence exercise, key personnel interviews, detailed due diligence reports with highlights on key findings and recommendations, legal risk assessments, filing applications to authorities and post-merger management integration advice.
